After Foster Care Support
At Take Up Your Cross, Inc, we understand that transitioning out of the foster care system can be a challenging and uncertain time. That's why we're dedicated to providing comprehensive support to young adults as they make their way into adulthood. Our After Foster Care Support program offers a wide range of resources, including life skills training, free bus pass and cell phone, mentorship, and assistance with finding stable housing and employment. We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and we work tirelessly to provide the tools and guidance needed to help our clients build a brighter future.
